Please read carefully. By purchasing any product or programme from Lucie Gray Training, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions in full.
1.ABOUT US
These terms govern your purchase of products and programmes from Lucie Gray, a sole trader trading as Lucie Gray Training ("we", "us", "our"). Our contact email is [email protected].
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
All programmes, courses, workshops, and content provided by Lucie Gray Training are educational and coaching-based in nature. They are not medical, clinical, therapeutic, or dietetic services. Nothing within our programmes constitutes medical advice, clinical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
The Anti-Binge Method and all associated programmes are designed to help clients develop skills, tools, and understanding in relation to their relationship with food, using Intuitive Eating principles and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) methodology. Results will vary between individuals.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND SCOPE OF PRACTICE
By purchasing and enrolling in any programme, you confirm the following:
(a) You are not currently receiving clinical treatment for an eating disorder (including but not limited to anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, or ARFID) from a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or specialist eating disorder service.
(b) You have not been advised by a medical or mental health professional to seek specialist eating disorder treatment before undertaking a coaching programme.
(c) You understand that this programme is an educational coaching resource and not a substitute for clinical or therapeutic treatment.
(d) You have provided accurate and complete information about your circumstances at the point of enrolment.
Where you have provided a self-declaration at the point of purchase confirming the above, the burden of disclosure rests with you. If you have misrepresented your circumstances in order to access this programme, Lucie Gray Training accepts no liability for any outcomes arising from that participation.
If, at any point during a programme, your circumstances change or a concern arises that suggests specialist clinical support may be more appropriate, we reserve the right to refer you to appropriate professional services and, where necessary, to suspend or end your participation in the programme with a pro-rata refund of any unused sessions.
4. PROGRAMME DELIVERY
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the programme as described at the time of purchase. Programmes are delivered primarily via live online sessions (Zoom) with supplementary digital materials provided via the Kajabi platform. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content and delivery where necessary, provided the overall nature and quality of the programme is maintained.
5. FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
By purchasing a programme, you agree to pay the full stated price. Where a payment plan is selected, you authorise us to charge the agreed instalments to your payment method on the agreed dates. You remain liable for all outstanding instalments regardless of whether you complete the programme, except where a valid refund has been requested and approved within the terms set out below.
We accept payment via Stripe. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances through lawful recovery means.
6. REFUND POLICY AND 8-WEEK CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE
We offer an 8-Week Confidence Guarantee on our core coaching programme. If, after completing the full 8-week programme and engaging genuinely with all sessions and materials, you do not feel you have experienced any positive changes in your relationship with food, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
(a) You must have attended and engaged with the programme in full.
(b) Your refund request must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the final session of your 8-week programme.
(c) You must confirm in writing that you engaged with all sessions and materials and did not experience any positive changes.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to engage with the programme, or circumstances arising from misrepresentation at the point of enrolment (see clause 3). Where a payment plan is in place and a valid refund is approved, all future instalments will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded. Where a refund request is made outside the guarantee window, refunds are at our sole discretion.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, and processes shared within our programmes are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute programme materials to any third party without our prior written consent, except for your own personal use.
You agree to treat the personal information of any other programme participants as confidential and not to share or disclose it to third parties.
We will treat your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at luciegraytraining.com/privacypolicy.
Session recordings and transcripts may be used by Lucie Gray Training for internal coaching quality, business development, and marketing research purposes. All transcripts are anonymised prior to any such use, with all personally identifiable information removed. No client's personal data will be shared with third parties in identifiable form without their separate explicit written consent.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property within our programmes, including content, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, videos, and workbooks remains the sole property of Lucie Gray Training. No licence is granted to reproduce, adapt, or distribute this material beyond your personal use as a programme participant.
9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that your results from this programme will depend on your individual circumstances, engagement, effort, and commitment. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from your participation in any programme.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucie Gray Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in any programme, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or physical harm.
Our total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that programme.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in any programme, without refund, if you act in a way that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other participants, or if you breach these terms. You remain liable for any outstanding payments.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, internet or platform outages, or other events outside our control.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where we elect to refer a matter to arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
All claims against Lucie Gray Training must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.
14. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase shall apply to your agreement with us. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
