Why me?
I struggled with binge eating for over 20 years.
I had tried everything to find a sustainable way of eating, calorie counting, macro counting, cheat meals, dieting, Keto, weight watchers, juicing, intermittent fasting, with none of these approaches lasting permanently.
It was only when I stopped trying to control food with willpower and started doing the work underneath, combining Intuitive Eating with NLP, the cycle ended.
Finally the food chatter quieted and for the first time in two decades, food stopped being the thing that controlled me. My weight settling at its natural place was just an added bonus.
I'm now a Certified Intuitive Eating Facilitator and Associate NLP Practitioner, and I help women who feel like they can't stop eating, finally feel normal around food again.
